Ha? Nagme-meeting kayo at 530AM?!!! Sarap pa matulog nyan ah!!!

YES! In fact I woke up at 4am today and did my 1 hour meditation so I can prepare for our weekly mastermind meeting at 530AM!
Why are we doing this MASTERMIND? Kasi we want to move ourselves to the next level as individuals and as a team.

Sabi pa ni Napoleon Hill, author of the book Think and Grow Rich, ang the power of the MASTERMIND daw is "a coordination of knowledge and effort, in a spirit of harmony, between two or more people, for the attainment of a definite purpose."

And we have ONE definite purpose as a TEAM OF EMPOWERED LEADERS of DFC Financials PH and that is "Growing Together, Inspiring Abundance."

Today, what I learned from our mastermind is the idea of choosing the right people you can bring along in the pursuit of your dreams and intentions.

According to the video we studied today from Fifth Dimensional Leadership with Ginny Clarke, to manifest what you are envisioning to happen in your life, you have to know who are you bringing along in the journey of manifesting your dreams.

It is important to have right theory of space because you want the right people to support you with as you manifest what you are visualizing. You only share your vision with people who can run with you and contribute energy to you and to your dreams.

I can honestly say that I am in the right company of people, I have the best MASTERMIND ALLIANCE right now. And that is with the committed leaders of DFC Financials PH!

We do Mondays differently! Of course we still talk about numbers because we are in sales and we are in business… AND we also inject variety, learning and FUNNNN in the way we do our Mondays!

Just like this first Monday of June, we chose to do our monthly recognition and celebration outside our FWD Life Philippines Davao office!!!

Grabe! Habang naghihintay sa pag-open ng bowling lanes, we started our Real Mondays with a quick chat with leaders as early as 830am sa isang donut shop.

Then we did our recognition for our team performance and individual performances ng mga team members namin for the month of May!

At alam nyo ba?! Lumabas ang competitive and fun spirit ng bawat isa nun nagbowling na kami!!! We had loads of fun ‘jeering’ and cheering for each other!

Kaya naman naniniwala kami na totoong HAPPINESS IS THE NEW PRODUCTIVITY!

Nowadays, it's easy to give in to instant gratifications and forget about the impact our choices have on our future. But the truth, is we should not overlook this statement "Your financial future starts with the choices you make today." This sums up the essence of financial planning and underscores the importance of taking control of your financial life, especially for young professionals and those not yet financially prepared for the future.

Personally, I realized that every financial decision I make, no matter how small, sets off a chain reaction that can significantly impact my financial life in the long run. As Robert Kiyosaki wrote, "The philosophy of the rich and the poor is this: the rich invest their money and spend what is left; the poor spend their money and invest what is left." This concept highlights the crucial role of conscious spending and investing in shaping one's financial future.

Another important choice one can make is that of acquiring financial knowledge which is an investment that gives lifelong returns. Brian Tracy said "If you wish to achieve worthwhile things in your personal and career life, you must become a worthwhile person in your own self-development." Educating yourself about financial matters empowers you to make informed choices and navigate the complex world of money. Whether it's understanding the basics of budgeting, investing, or managing debt, the knowledge you gain today becomes the foundation for your financial success tomorrow.

Also John Maxwell once said, "You will never change your life until you change something you do daily," this applies well to our financial reality.
