As we herald in the new year, we are committed to upholding our promise to ensure your protection while responding quickly to our customers’ evolving needs for convenience and safety during these different times. As such, we would like to reiterate that all AIA Philam Life Customer Service Centers no longer accept cash transactions to minimize the spread of the virus in our premises.
Don’t worry, various payment options are widely available for you to keep your policies active. From paying online using your debit or credit card or visiting the nearest payment facility near you, keeping your policy payments up to date is always within reach.
