We are looking for a high-performing Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to work directly with our Managing Partner in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in both technical accounting and corporate regulatory work.

πŸ” Key Responsibilities:
β€’ Assist the Managing Partner in strategic and day-to-day operations
β€’ Prepare, review, and analyze financial reports and compliance requirements
β€’ Oversee accounting deliverables, audit coordination, and client engagements
β€’ Handle corporate registrations and amendments with the SEC
β€’ Prepare and process Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws, GIS, and other SEC documents
β€’ Manage timelines, filings, and coordination with government agencies (SEC, BIR, LGU, etc.)
β€’ Coordinate with clients, legal partners, and internal teams

βœ… Qualifications:
β€’ Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
β€’ Fresh CPA board passers are welcome to apply

We had the privilege of spending time with some brothers from the Congregation of Alexian Brothers, including those who recently visited the Philippines from the United States.

The Alexian Brothers are a Catholic religious community with a centuries-long tradition of serving the sick, the poor, the elderly, and those on the margins of society through their healing ministry and compassionate presence.

What began as a simple meeting quickly turned into a very enjoyable and spiritually inspiring conversation. Listening to their stories, their mission, and their unwavering commitment to service was a powerful reminder that faith and compassion can truly transform lives.

But beyond simply filing on time, it is equally important to carefully review your tax compliance and financial records. With proper guidance and a clear understanding of tax laws, there may still be legal and legitimate ways to minimize taxes through proper tax planning and compliance strategies.

Many businesses unknowingly pay more taxes than necessary simply because they do not fully maximize the options allowed by law. Good tax management is not about avoiding taxesβ€”it is about understanding the rules and planning properly.
