Unsa nang Financially Free nga person?

Ang Financially Free nga person is:

1. Good iyang cash flow, pasabot sa cash flow, money in and money out. Naa syay kwarta mabilin every single month sa iyang sweldo, sa iyaha bang negosyo.

2. Wala syay overdue na utang. The moment we use our electricity, our water, naa tay utang dayon sa DLPC, sa Meralco ug sa DCWD. The reason why dili ka maputlan its because , ginabayran nimo sya.

3. Naa kay EMERGENCY FUND. Which is usually 6months worth of your expenses. Example naa kay expenses nga 10,000 kada bulan, you multiply it by 6 to get 60,000. Dapat naa kay 60,000 sa banko , para magamit nimo in case of emergency.

4. INSURED ka.

5. Diversified Investments. Kung naa kay investment sa stocks, you should also be able to invest in other asset class. Naay mga panahon nga ang usa ka investment class mosaka ang iyang value, while ang uban is baba. You need to average it out.
