Balance Is Key
Finding the right balance is the key.

On the one hand, we need to set aside something and invest it wisely for future needs. On the other, we want to be generous and remain dependent on God, recognizing that he is the source of our provision and alone controls the future.

Whatever we decide, it must be out of a heart of gratitude to God for his kind generosity toward us—a God who is gracious, loving, and merciful (Ps. 107:8–9)—and based on the biblical wisdom he has given us for saving and investing your money.

The Bible teaches that it’s possible to wisely save for the future while also being rich toward God.
