13 SUCCESS HABITS OF THE WEALTHY:

1.EAT HEALTHY
- Eat fewer than 300 calories per day, count calories.
2.KEEP FIT
- 30 minutes aerobic exercise at least four days a week.
- Cardio focus : running, jogging, walking or biking.
3.SLEEP WELL - Sleep at least 8 hrs a night.
4.GET UP EARLY - Wake up by 5am.
5.SET GOALS
- Write down goals and see and view them everyday.
- Pick one primary goal and focus on it very intensely.
- Have multiple source of income.
6.KEEP A TO-DO LIST
- To complete a major goal, you must complete a number of smaller goals.
- Complete 70% or more of your to-do list every single day.
7.READ DAILY
- Acquire more knowledge to increase your value.
- Read 30 mins. or more everyday.
- Listen to audiobooks during your commute.
- Read educational career related material.
- Read for personal development.
- Read biographies of successful people.
- Read about current events and history.
8.AVOID TV and SOCIAL MEDIA
- Limit to only an hour or less a day.
9.NETWORKING
- Hangout w/ other wealthy and successful people.
- Avoid toxic people in your life.
- Spend at least 5hrs. a month networking through conference, client event, online webinar, clubs, organization, etc.
- Align your mindset w/ others who have achieved success.
10.VOLUNTEER
- Surround your self w/ good people.
- Volunteer 5hrs. or more every month.
11.MENTORS
- Find a mentor that would fast track you to wealth accumulation.
- Also help others succeed by being a mentor to other people.
12.FEEDBACK
- Seek feedback and remove fear of criticism.
- It is essential to learn "what is", and "what is not" working.
- It helps you understand if you're on the right track.
- Whether good or bad is essential for your growth.
13.NEVER GIVE UP
- Be persistent and don't quit on your dream.
- Sometimes you may fail, but pick yourself right back up.
