It Pays to Listen to Your Financial Advisor
I recently read a story of a financial advisor who has been trying to convince a client to get life insurance since 2018. But like so many Filipinos, the client gave a lot of excuses so he can avoid buying life insurance. Fast forward to 2020 and the corona virus took over the world. He left behind a housewife and a small child.
But most of them only have good intentions.
Financial advisors are well aware that your life and health are constantly at risk, and that you can die or get seriously ill anytime. Well, I would bet that none of the 1,200+ Filipinos and 500,000+ people worldwide who succumbed to COVID-19 thought their end will come this year.
Pwede itong mangyari next year, next month, next week, bukas o mamaya na. If you suddenly pass away or get seriously ill, and you don't have adequate financial protection, who do you think is going to SUFFER the most? Not you, but your FAMILY who DEPENDS on you!
So, listen to your financial advisor, heed their advice and take action immediately for the sake of your LOVE ONES.
