Are you part of the "Sandwich Generation"?

So wala kang retirement fund na maiipon.

I message mo lang ako or sagutan mo itong form sa baba:

If you bought 1,000 shares of Merry Mart before its initial public offering (IPO) last Monday, June 15, at its IPO price of one peso per share, your total cost will be P1000.

After three days, Merry Mart's stock price went up to P3.33 per share.

The total value of your shares is now P3,330.

if you would sell those shares today, your gain would be P2,330. In short, you just earned 233% of your capital.

Simple computation:
Invested amount: P1,000
Gains: P3,330
Total Returns: P2,330 or 233%

Congratulations to those who bought and earned from this stock. The grocery operator Merry Mart is the newest company built by Injap Sia, who is also the founder of Mang Inasal.

Investing in the Philippine stock market presents a great opportunity for us to earn. :)

But of course, all types of investments like the stock market have risks so we need to be careful and we should study first before we invest.

1. Your Family Relies On You

On a base level, life insurance is about protecting your family financially if something should happen to you, the wage earner.

2. You Have Outstanding Debts

if you pass away, your debt burden may be passed to your spouse even if he or she is not the co-signer. Magluluksa na nga sila, magkaka utang pa. Your life insurance can pay for your debts.

3. You Can Choose a Plan That Fits Your Budget

There are two main types of life insurance: whole life and term life. Whole life insurance doesn't expire and your beneficiaries will receive the value of your policy when you pass away. Term life has a specific term length, typically 10, 15, 20, or 30 years. If you were to pass away during the term, your beneficiaries receive the amount equal to your policy value.

Term life is a good option if you are looking for a safety net to cover costs until your kids grow up or until you pay off your mortgage or other loans. Napaka mura din nito kumpara sa whole life - a healthy 30-year old could get a 5-year policy term for as low as P15 per day.

4. Peace of Mind

While most people don’t like to think about life insurance and death, having a plan can actually make you happier today. Sounds weird, but it’s true.

Basically, a big part of your uneasiness comes from the unknown. By changing the unknown to a known, you take away a lot of the anxiety around it.

5. It's Easy - You Can Apply 100% Online

Many companies now offer a fully online life insurance experience, cutting out the paperwork and hassle of meeting with an agent.

Thinking about life insurance doesn’t have to be scary. Death is a fact of life. Ang magagawa mo nalang ay pag planuhan ang kinabukasan ng mga mahal mo sa buhay kung ito ay mangyayari ng mas maaga sa inaasahan.

Having a life insurance plan can make you less stressed and even happier!
