The PMHA Cebu Chapter will be offering FREE Online Post-Calamity Psychosocial Sessions this October 3 and 4, 2025 to support children, students, and community members experiencing shock and distress after the recent earthquake in Cebu.

Each session will be in small groups of five participants to allow deeper sharing, listening, and guidance.

👩‍🏫 Our facilitator is Jaycel Bay, Registered Guidance Counselor and officially trained Level 1 Internal Family Systems Therapist, with a Master of Arts in Education (Guidance and Counseling) and C.A.R. for a PhD in Psychology.
