All concerned are hereby informed that the Business Permit Renewal shall be conducted on the following dates:

🗓 January 5–20, 2026 ONLY
❗ NO EXTENSION SHALL BE GRANTED

📌 Special Schedule:
• January 5, 2026 – 8:00 AM to 12:00 NN ONLY
(Venue will be used for SB Public Hearing)

• January 6–20, 2026 – Transactions shall follow the prescribed office hours

⏰ Office Hours:
• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Venue: ABC HALL

All business owners are advised to process their renewal within the prescribed period to avoid penalties and inconvenience.

In accordance with Presidential Proclamation No. 818, series of 2025, the month of May of every year has been officially declared as the "National Ease of Doing Business (EODB) Month".

For the year 2025, the celebration shall carry the theme: "From Red Tape to Red Carpet: Better Business Movement in Bagong Pilipinas ( :BBMBP)".

The primary objective of this celebration is to institutionalize a whole-of-government approach in promoting regulatory efficiency, streamlining processes, and eliminating bureaucratic red tape in the delivery of public services and to raise awareness, promote reforms, and encourage collaboration among government agencies, the private sector, and the public to enhance the ease of doing business in the Philippines.

This is a friendly reminder that the business renewal deadline is swiftly approaching. The deadline for business renewal for the year 2024 is on January 20, 2024.

Please note: Starting from January 21, 2024 onwards, a penalty will be imposed for overdue business renewals. To ensure uninterrupted business operations and to avoid any penalties, we encourage all business owners to complete their renewal process before the specified deadline.
