In everything, love and service the Lord

The Gospel for the day
Mark 11:27-33

At that time, Jesus and His disciples went again to Jerusalem.
While Jesus was walking in the temple, the chief priests, the scribes, and the elders came to Him and asked,
“By what authority are You doing these things? Who gave You this authority?”

Jesus replied, “I will also ask you one question. If you answer Me, then I will tell you by what authority I do these things.
Was John’s authority to baptize from God or from men?”

They discussed among themselves, saying, “If we say, ‘From God,’ He will ask, ‘Then why did you not believe him?’
But if we say, ‘From men,’ we fear the people, for everyone held that John was truly a prophet.”

So they answered Jesus, “We do not know.”
And Jesus said to them, “Neither will I tell you by what authority I do these things.”

The Gospel of the Lord

“In Mark 11:27–33, Jesus’ authority was challenged, yet His foundation remained firm. In insurance, authority means credibility—knowing your coverage is secure. With AXA, you can face life’s questions with confidence and peace of mind.”

The Gospel for the day
Mark 11:11-26

Amid the rejoicing of the people, Jesus went to Jerusalem and entered the temple. After looking around at everything, He went out and returned to Bethany with the Twelve, for it was already late.
The next day, as they were leaving Bethany, Jesus became hungry. Seeing in the distance a fig tree in leaf, He went to find out if it had any fruit. But when He reached it, He found nothing but leaves, because it was not the season for figs. Then He said to the tree,
“May no one ever eat fruit from you again.” And His disciples heard Him say it.

When they arrived in Jerusalem, Jesus entered the temple courts and began driving out those who were buying and selling there. He overturned the tables of the money changers and the benches of those selling doves, and would not allow anyone to carry merchandise through the temple courts. As He taught them, He said, “It is written: ‘My house will be called a house of prayer for all nations.’ But you have made it a den of robbers.”

The chief priests and the teachers of the law heard this and began looking for a way to kill Him, for they feared Him because the whole crowd was amazed at His teaching.

When evening came, Jesus and His disciples went out of the city.
In the morning, as they went along, they saw the fig tree withered from the roots. Peter remembered and said to Jesus, “Teacher, look! The fig tree You cursed has withered!”

“Have faith in God,” Jesus answered. “Truly I tell you, if anyone says to this mountain, ‘Go, throw yourself into the sea,’ and does not doubt in their heart but believes that what they say will happen, it will be done for them. Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours. And when you stand praying, if you hold anything against anyone, forgive them, so that your Father in heaven may forgive you your sins.”

The Gospel of the Lord

“Mark 11:22 reminds us: ‘Have faith in God.’ Faith empowers us to overcome challenges, and insurance safeguards us against life’s risks. Together, they build a foundation of trust, protection, and peace of mind.”

The Gospel for the day
Matthew 26:36-42

At that time, Jesus went with His disciples to a place called Gethsemane. He said to them, “Sit here while I go over there and pray.” He took Peter and the two sons of Zebedee along with Him, and He began to be sorrowful and troubled. Then He said to them, “My soul is overwhelmed with sorrow to the point of death. Stay here and keep watch with Me.”
Going a little farther, He fell with His face to the ground and prayed, “My Father, if it is possible, let this cup pass from Me; yet not as I will, but as You will.”

When He returned to His disciples, He found them sleeping. He said to Peter, “Could you not keep watch with Me for one hour? Watch and pray so that you will not fall into temptation. The spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak.”

He went away a second time and prayed, “My Father, if this cup cannot be taken away unless I drink it, may Your will be done.”

The Gospel of the Lord

“Matthew 26:36–42 reminds us that true strength lies in surrendering to a greater plan. As Christ trusted the Father’s will, AXA stands firm in guiding clients through uncertainty—protecting lives with faith, trust, and purpose.”

In ominibus amare et service Domino
In everything, love and service the Lord.

The Gospel for the day
Mark 10:32-45

At that time, the disciples were on the road going up to Jerusalem. Jesus was walking ahead of them; the disciples were filled with awe, and those who followed were afraid. Then Jesus took the Twelve aside and began to tell them what was going to happen to Him. He said,
“Now we are going up to Jerusalem, and the Son of Man will be handed over to the chief priests and the scribes. They will condemn Him to death and deliver Him to the Gentiles. They will mock Him, spit on Him, scourge Him, and kill Him. But after three days, He will rise again.”

Then James and John, the sons of Zebedee, came to Him and said, “Teacher, we want You to do for us whatever we ask.” He said to them, “What do you want Me to do for you?” They replied, “Grant that we may sit, one at Your right hand and one at Your left, in Your glory.”
Jesus said to them, “You do not know what you are asking. Can you drink the cup that I drink, or be baptized with the baptism with which I am baptized?” They said to Him, “We can.”
Jesus replied, “You will indeed drink the cup that I drink, and be baptized with the baptism with which I am baptized. But to sit at My right or left is not Mine to grant; it is for those for whom it has been prepared.”

When the ten heard this, they became indignant with James and John. Jesus called them together and said,
“You know that those who are regarded as rulers of the Gentiles lord it over them, and their great ones exercise authority over them. But it shall not be so among you. Whoever wishes to become great among you must be your servant, and whoever wishes to be first must be the slave of all. For the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve, and to give His life as a ransom for many.”

The Gospel of the Lord

“Mark 10:32-45 reminds us that greatness is found in service. Just as Christ came not to be served but to serve, AXA leads with care and shields with purpose—ensuring protection, trust, and security for every family we serve.”

The Gospel for the day
Mark 10:28-31

At that time, Peter spoke to Jesus, “Look, we have left everything and followed you.”

Jesus said, “Truly I tell you, anyone who has left home, brothers, sisters, mother, father, children, or fields for me and for the Good News will receive a hundred times as much in this present age—homes, brothers, mothers, children, and fields—along with persecutions; and in the age to come, eternal life.

But many who are first will be last, and the last first.”

The Gospel of the Lord

“In John 14:7–14, Jesus reminds us: ‘If you have seen Me, you have seen the Father… Whatever you ask in My name, I will do it.’ Just as faith reveals assurance, AXA reflects this promise by guiding families with protection, trust, and peace of mind.”
