Please be advised that the updated validity for SEC Payment Assessment Forms (PAFS) is now 10 DAYS instead of 45 days except for penalties and fines which will remain the same (45 days) effective July 28. 2025.

𝗡𝗢𝗧𝗜𝗖𝗘: 𝗦𝗛𝗢𝗥𝗧𝗘𝗡𝗘𝗗 𝗩𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗗𝗜𝗧𝗬 𝗢𝗙 𝗣𝗔𝗬𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗔𝗦𝗦𝗘𝗦𝗦𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗙𝗢𝗥𝗠𝗦

In line with the efforts of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to expedite transaction processing, the public is informed that, effective 28 July 2025, the validity of the Payment Assessment Form (PAF) is shortened to 10 calendar days from 45 days for all SEC transactions, except those issued for fines and penalties. PAFs issued before said date will remain valid for 45 days.

The public is advised to settle their PAFs within the 10-day period to ensure the speedy processing of applications.
