It’s been awhile, so indulge me with this long Post.🙏

This loving newly weds loves to travel, blessed with good paying jobs that they can also bring anywhere basta may fast internet. Hence, it entail cost to have that lifestyle, still they plan their finances and allocation wisely.

I Am grateful that I am part of their Financial Planning and they chose me to be their Life Insurance agent. Note that they were the ones who reached out, intentional and really made a commitment for their budget for Life Insurance because they are well informed and researched on financial planning and security. So nag process lang talaga ako, and pitched the best portfolio that is within their budget and “Wants”.

It warms my heart that many young working couple, families, Filipinos are now intentional and deliberate in allocating funds for Life Insurance.

So if you are reading this post, and wala ka pang Life Insurance, or maybe not well informed about it yet, then baka gusto mo i-share ko sayo more, OR just call back/reply to the Life Insurance agent that messaged or called you, I’m sure they mean you well, just listen.

Retirement is the Longest Holiday of our lives.

There are instances that we are even forced to retire because of unforeseen health problems, and are we prepared to retire early?

It doesn’t mean that when we have retired, we no longer spend money, or spend for our family and loved ones, but usual tendencies are we even spend more, especially to maintain our health, the Concern is we are no longer earning.

I have encountered many millennials and Gen Z’s telling me NO to my offer of a VUL Product with Pru Life UK because they are still YOUNG, it’s OK, but sana your NO would not be a NEVER, and sana your NO would turn into a YES sooner than later. Why? Because there are costs of waiting.

1. AGE Is a major factor on investment growth and premiums. And we are not getting any younger.
2. We have no CONTROL over our circumstances, we thank the Lord that we are healthy today, and we never know what might happen tomorrow.

"HE WAS A FRIEND OF MINE...

He was a friend of mine and I never asked him to buy Life Insurance because I didn't want him to think I was the kind of person who would use friendship for personal gain.

He was a friend of mine and when he married, I was glad. Because I know his wife too, and I knew they were the kind of people who deserve all the good things in life that a happy marriage brings. But I didn't want to embarrass him so I never tried to find out how much he could afford to start a Life Insurance policy.

He was a friend of mine and when the twins came along a year or so ago, I was awfully proud when he asked me to be their Godfather, but I never told him how he could help provide for their education in the event of pre-mature death.

He was a friend of mine and when I attended the housewarming in his new home, six months later, I thought about mentioning Life Insurance to protect the mortgage in the event of pre-mature death but I decided to wait until he had a chance to catch up with all his new expenses.

He was a friend of mine and when his car missed the curve in the storm last night, I was the first one his widow called.

The day after tomorrow, I'll be standing beside my friend's grave and I'll still be trying to rationalize my failure ever to talk to him about Life Insurance. I'll be thinking too, even more bitterly than I am now, about the staggering price his family paid for my false pride and foolish sensitivity.

But most of all, I'll be wondering when the time comes to pay my last respects whether, if he could speak, he would say of me as I do of him, 'He was a friend of mine.'"

Each parent has a dream education for his or her child, but the child’s dream should matter more. Unfortunately, in most cases either dreams will not come into fruition when the time comes because of the lack of Funds.

Question: When is the best time to prepare for my child’s or children’s Education?

Ropads: The best time is the moment you thought or planned of having a BABY. The next best time is now, because you and your child are not getting any younger.
