Welcome to Petit Pinoy. Here in Petit Pinoy, we are specializing in the high quality tutu dresses and fab outfits for your precious ones. We do accept Made To Orders, you can email us the picture of your preferred design and we can customized it. We are also selling on-hand products and we also accept sewing services. We do not entertain calls as it will take
us more time. Preferably here in our page through private message. Here are the basic rule when placing an order:
1. When placing an order, it takes us 1-4 weeks to finish your costume so you have to contact us in advance prior to the event.
2. Submit the following measurements of the kid. We will give you details on how to take the measurements. Name:
Address:
Age of the kid:
Date of Event:
Design:
Body measurement:
Chest
waist line:
Length of skirt or dress:
for Dress: From Shoulder to hem line
For Skirt: from waist to hemline
3. After placing an order, wait for atleast 24 hours response from us. An invoice will be sent to your email address or through facebook. We only start making the costume once you give us atleast 40% of the purchase price. Should you plan to cancel the order, inform us ASAP. Once you pay the downpayment, it means no cancellation of transaction.
4. Once you receive an Invoice, the product must be paid within 48 hours. If we don’t receive any confirmation/payment, we will not process your request.
5. Strictly no return or exchange policy. So you have to be sure that you’re going to purchase our product. Whatever delays of the courier because of whatever problem occurs, we are not liable.
6. A downpayment of 40% is needed so we can reserve the slot. 60% remaining should be given to us prior to sending it in the courier.
7. We can send the product through LBC.
8. For the details of payment, you can deposit it through our GCASH, BDO account, Palawan Express, Mhuiller and LBC. Details will be forwarded to you privately as it is our personal bank details.
