Am ALWAYS so impressed with the annual event of the International Marketing Group or IMG. Again, they've filled up the SMX Convention Center function hall that had 6,000 members from all over the country and all over the world come together for the awarding of Heroes 2019. The mission vision of this group is financial literacy for all, to be debt-free, bayaran lahat ng utang, have the future secured. In the process, many of them not only get wealthy, marami silang natutulungan din. Congrats to the Big Three of IMG: Joen delas Peñas, Bart Borja, Noel Arandilla. Wow, how far IMG has gone! Thanks also to the always important Doris Almanzor. You all make such a difference in the lives of so many Pinoys.👏👏👏💚💋

- You will always have an excuse not to save and invest. No matter what your excuse is, one thing is for sure. You're going to get old next year.
-Your Child will grow up and enter college and you would need money for his or her education.
-You will eventually retire and stop making active income.

You have to be prepared for these kinds of situation.

Isang mahalagang bagay na natutunan ko bilang isang OFW.

'DON'T JUST FOCUS ON EARNINGS. LEARN TO MANAGE YOUR FINANCES PROPERLY and LEARN TO BUILD PASSIVE INCOME AS WELL.

Wag lang tayo umasa sa sahud ng pagiging OFW natin, kailangan maghanap ka talaga ng extrang income, para makaipon at makapaginvest ka ng tuloy2, ang day off mo or ung extrang oras gamitin mo para kumita online or offline, para kahit umuwi at maisipan mo na mag for good may sahud at income ka pa din kahit nasa Pinas ka na.

Pero dapat maging Financially literate ka muna..Kasi mga kapwa ko OFW kahit tumagal pa tayo sa abroad at magtriple kayod ka pa sa trabaho, if you fail to build your finances in the right way, yung sabi mong susubukan mo lng ng 2years sa abroad, inabot na pala ng 10years or more and you're still stuck in the same financial situation, hindi makauwi uwi dahil walang IPON, walang INVESTMENT, walang FINANCIAL FOUNDATION at BAON PA SA UTANG.

This is a very Sad story of most OFW's na nag for good na dahil either matanda na or may sakit na tapos wala man lang naipon, walang Healthcare funds na pampagamot sa sakit. Pamilya ang lalong nahihirapan. Ang masakit pa ung ibang OFW'S umuwi na naghihirap na at pinababayaan na ng pamilya.😔

Kaya wag kang pumayag na uuwi kang OFW pa rin ang tatak mo, dapat uuwi kang isa nang OFI (OVERSEAS FILIPINO INVESTOR)
