MEGA ang VUL kaya bago ka mag-cancel, mag research muna.
Bakit mega ang VUL?
1. A client can get a million worth of basic cover in less than P1,500/month in VUL. The gentleman on this picture purposely shows sum assured(VUL) of less than P300k with high premium on his facebook contents as if VUL can only provide such range of coverage to obviously manipulate the minds of the public. Clearly misleading and misinforming the people. Even my own clients can't relate to his sample videos because they are enjoying a multi-million peso worth of coverage! Hindi man para sa iba ang VUL plan, hindi ito nangangahulugang hindi na ito para sa lahat. Each insurance product has its own purpose. So yes, VUL offers low premium plan without sacrificing the coverage. Don't quickly judge the insurance product by its cover, so to speak.
2. Most agents are commission-based. Walang fixed-salary. Ipagkakait pa ba ang commission sa kanila. If they're earning big, it's because of their dedication. It is a lucrative career but involves constant hustling and many instances of rejection before a sale is ever made. It is a tough-field. Hindi malaki ang komisyon ng mga ahente, marami silang kliyente kaya lumalaki ang komisyon nila. 'Yun talaga 'yon. After all, it is a service that needs fees. A lifetime noble service.
And to ask people kung "nabudol na ba sila ng VUL" is an outright disrespect to all hardworking and dedicated Financial Advisors/Insurance Agents and to the insurance industry as a whole. It is tantamount to saying agents are fraudsters and that they practice fraudulent activities. This is so wrong in so many levels. I couldn't believe a self-confessed financial guru can spit those words.
3. Tulad ng simpleng karinderya sa kanto, kailangan mong magbayad pagkatapos mong kumain para tuloy-tuloy ang operasyon nito at dahil may serbisyo kang natanggap mula rito. Same logic applies, charges are meant to keep the company, employees, and policies alive. And these investment-linked insurance charges are nothing compare to the benefits our clients will eventually get.
