✨ OPEN POSITIONS
🎯 1. Quality Assurance (QA) Personnel
🔹Purpose:
To ensure all operations comply with GMP standards and internal quality systems, and to oversee implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
🔹Key Responsibilities:
✅ Develop and maintain GMP documentation (SOPs, Batch Manufacturing Records, etc.)
✅ Review and approve batch records and production reports before product release
✅ Lead internal audits and inspections to verify compliance
✅ Investigate deviations and non-conformances, issue CAPA reports
✅ Approve qualification and calibration records of equipment
✅ Train personnel on GMP, hygiene, and quality policies
🔹Qualifications:
✅ BS in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related field
✅ Preferably with QA experience in regulated manufacturing

🎯 2. Quality Control (QC) Personnel
🔹Purpose:
Ensure all raw materials, in-process, and finished products meet Naturaplanta specifications and FDA regulatory standards before release.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅Perform line clearance checks before production start.
✅Inspect and sample incoming materials; approve or reject based on standards.
✅Conduct in-process checks (pH, viscosity, hygiene) during production.
✅Test finished batches and maintain Certificates of Analysis.
✅Document all QC activities and issue batch release approvals.
✅Calibrate and maintain lab equipment and retention samples.
✅Support GMP compliance and participate in audits.
🔹 Qualifications:
✅BS Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, or related field.
✅Preferably with QC experience in cosmetics or related industries.
✅Knowledge of laboratory testing and GMP requirements.

🎯 3. Research & Development (R&D) Personnel
Purpose:
To develop and improve formulations, establish manufacturing procedures, and support regulatory compliance of new products.
🔹Key Responsibilities:
✅ Formulate new cosmetic and personal care products aligned with Naturaplanta strategy
✅ Conduct stability testing and compatibility studies
✅ Develop and validate manufacturing processes
✅ Prepare technical product dossiers and specifications
✅ Provide formulation support to Production and QC during scale-up
✅ Ensure compliance with labeling and claim regulations
🔹Qualifications:
✅BS in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related field
✅Knowledge of cosmetic raw materials and regulatory requirements

🎯 4. Inventory Control Personnel
🔹Purpose:
To maintain accurate and traceable records of all raw materials, packaging components, and finished goods, in compliance with GMP traceability requirements.
🔹Key Responsibilities:
✅ Maintain up-to-date stock cards and inventory records
✅ Monitor stock levels to avoid shortages or overstock
✅ Verify and reconcile materials issuance against batch records
✅ Implement FIFO/FEFO systems
✅ Ensure controlled access and proper storage conditions per material requirements
✅ Support internal audits of inventory systems
🔹Qualifications:
✅College graduate (Business, Industrial Engineering, or related)
✅Familiar with warehouse or inventory management

🎯 5. Warehouse Personnel
🔹Purpose:
To ensure safe receiving, storage, and dispatch of materials and products according to GMP and warehouse procedures.
🔹Key Responsibilities:
✅ Receive and inspect incoming deliveries, check for damage and compliance with purchase orders
✅ Label and store materials in designated, controlled areas
✅ Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and segregation of materials (quarantine, approved, rejected)
✅ Accurately pick and issue materials against requisitions and batch records
✅ Monitor storage conditions (temperature, humidity) where applicable
✅ Conduct cycle counts and support physical inventory checks
🔹Qualifications:
✅High School or College graduate
✅Physically fit, detail-oriented, and trustworthy
