The bank was established on May 11, 1975, duly acknowledged by the Securities and Exchange Commission (Philippines) and the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, with an initial capital of only 1,236,900 Philippine pesos. On 1979 it won the Award for Rural Bank of the Year for providing outstanding financial services to the residents of Binalbagan, Negros Occidental

JUST ANOTHER DAY AT THE OFFICE.

The EOD Unit of the Military, assisted by the PNP of Binalbagan, detonated two grenades found near the bank building yesterday.

The area has been checked and cleared and business proceeds as usual.
