Job Summary

We are looking for six (6) skilled Roofing and Gutter Installers (Latero) to join our construction team. The successful candidates will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining roofing and drainage systems to ensure buildings are weatherproof, following approved plans, quality standards, and safety regulations while using proper tools, ensuring correct alignment, and coordinating with other trades in various outdoor and height-related working conditions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Install metal roofing, gutter systems, downspouts, and related accessories
2. Measure, cut, and fit materials according to project specifications
3. Repair or replace damaged roofs and gutters
4. Ensure proper alignment, sealing, and drainage
5. Follow safety standards and company procedures at all times
6. Assist in site preparation and clean-up after installation
7. Coordinate with site engineers and supervisors for daily tasks

Qualifications

- With at least 1-2 years of experience in roofing and gutter installation or related construction work
- Knowledgeable in basic construction tools and roofing materials, flashing, waterproofing and gutter systems.
- Ability to read basic drawings, layouts and measurements.
- Physically fit and able to work at heights and in outdoor conditions.
- Familiar with construction safety practices and proper use of PPE

Key Responsibilities:

HIRING : Senior Electrical Leadman
Location : Batangas City

YAR Drainage Maintenance Services is currently looking for a Senior Electrical Leadman who will be responsible for leading and supervising a team of electricians and helpers in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems at project sites. This includes ensuring that all electrical works are carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with approved plans, specifications, and applicable electrical codes. The Senior Electrical Leadman coordinates closely with engineers and other trade supervisors to ensure smooth ex*****on of project activities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervision and Work Ex*****on
- Lead, assign, and supervise daily tasks of electricians and helpers.
- Oversee the installation, termination, and testing of electrical systems such as power distribution, lighting, grounding, fire alarm, and auxiliary systems.
- Ensure that all electrical works are performed according to plans, specifications, and safety standards.
- Review electrical drawings and assist in identifying discrepancies or conflicts prior to work ex*****on.
- Conduct daily toolbox meetings and ensure workers understand their assigned tasks and safety requirements.

2. Coordination and Reporting
- Coordinate with engineers, foremen, and other trade leadmen to align schedules and work areas.
- Monitor progress of electrical works and report updates, issues, or material requirements to the Electrical Department Head.
- Assist in inspection and testing of electrical systems during project handover or commissioning.
- Maintain accurate records of manpower, materials used, and work progress.

3. Quality and Safety Compliance
- Ensure that all electrical works comply with the Philippine Electrical Code (PEC) and company quality standards.
- Check proper installation and labeling of cables, panels, and devices.
- Promote and enforce safety practices in the workplace; immediately report unsafe acts or conditions.
- Assist in implementing corrective actions for non-conforming works.

4. Technical and Mentoring Role
- Provide technical guidance and on-the-job training to electricians and helpers.
- Support the Electrical Engineer in troubleshooting electrical issues and recommending solutions.
- Participate in inspections, testing, and commissioning activities as required.

Qualifications:

* Graduate of Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, or related vocational course.
* Holder of valid NC II/III Certificate in Electrical Installation & Maintenance preferred.
* At least 5–8 years of experience in electrical works within the construction industry, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadman role.
* Strong knowledge of electrical systems for building and industrial projects.
* Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, and specifications.
* Skilled in troubleshooting, testing, and installation procedures.
* Good leadership and communication skills.
* Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
