It is an enigmatic feeling when you actually choose to be happy , victorious 💪 and thankful every time you wakeup in the morning!

Bakit kayo ano? ❓❓❓

Well sabi sa science, ONE SMILE 😁 "trick", your body releases endorphis and serotonin, which makes you feel good. Endorphins are our happiness hormones while serotonin creates a long-lasting feeling of happiness. 🥳🥳🥳

Pero ang pinaka the best explanation for me is based on THE WORD:

Psalm 90:14 says, “Satisfy us in the morning with your steadfast love, that we may rejoice and be glad all our days.” 🙌🙌🙌

AND

Lamentations 3:22-23 which I LOVE; 🙌🙌🙌
The steadfast love of the LORD never ceases; his mercies never come to an end; they are NEW every morning; great is YOUR faithfulness.

No matter what comes in your way the entire day, go back to your morning state and decide again that NOTHING and NO ONE will ruin your day!

This is true in many aspects...

In any kind of situations, kapag may goal ka, you are expected to succeed if you plan for it right? Hindi possible na may goal ka and in a snap of a finger, matutupad agad!

That means you have to follow through sa mga prepared plans, strategies and techniques that you have implemented in order for you to get one-step closer to your goal.

So, what will you do in case "the plan" didn't work out or in short, you failed?

Yes, kasama yan sa planning. Dito na papasok ang "What if?" .. "What if" in life sometimes can actually be avoidable. At least, on those things that we have control.

How? Always have PLAN B!
It will save you in many circumstances.
