This week’s series of “enlightenment” is inspired by our 7 year old (going 70) home buddy who told us other day, “Well, how come the bible has a verse about money? I read one on a bill”. Said in both amused and accusatory tone. 😂

Our very low literacy rate on money management is said to be largely rooted in cultural origin. Agree or agree?

Money, when talked about openly, especially during meal times, is a taboo.

For those whose experience is the opposite, 👏👏👏, we’ll get there, too.
One family at a time.

Or in our case, one child at a time.

Which now begs the question, when is the best age to discuss money with kids?

How’s your 2021 going so far?

It was a rollercoaster month of May for us.
A lot of the plans that we prepared for months back didn’t see the light of day.

Relate ka ba? Taas kamay.

We say, “well, they can wait”.

First things first.

However, going back to square one is always a challenge. Ha! Mapa fitness, budgeting, better lifestyle, better eating habits, etc.

But, 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐞 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐚𝐥𝐰𝐚𝐲𝐬 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐞𝐰.
It’s for us to seize. It’s always available.

What’s even greater is that starting anew doesn’t require significant dates on the calendar.

We make that date happen.
