Five years with Sun Life. Five years of holding on to my 5Ms: Magdasal, Maniwala, Magtiwala, Maghintay.
Every January, I would quietly wait for the YTD results of our Unit, Sales Team, and Branch. For four straight years, I stood as Top 2 Advisor at the Sales Team level. Always grateful. Truly. Because awards, recognitions, and incentives have always felt like bonuses compared to the real joy of doing my Sun Life business every single day.
But if Iโm being honest, there were times that being number 2 hurt. That feeling of being almost there, but not good enough to be there. Still, I kept praying. I kept serving. I kept trusting.
And on my 5th year, God answered in the most gentle and overwhelming way because just hours after I got my UM promotion, for the first time, I became Top 1 Advisor at the Sales Team level. I cried. I thanked Him. I remembered every season of waiting ๐ฅน
This win is not just mine. Itโs His reminder that when something is meant for you, no person, no circumstance, no delay can stop what God has already planned.
All glory back to Him. Forever grateful. ๐ค๐
