At Malloch McClean +MORE, we’re proud to lead initiatives that give back to the next generation of rural professionals.
Over the past three years, we’ve delivered sessions as part of Lincoln University’s Southland Tour, connecting more than 140 third- and fourth-year students with insights from ex-Lincoln students now working in farming and rural careers, led by our own Blair Evans.
Held at the Langlands Hotel and supported by ILT, Rabobank New Zealand, Malloch McClean +MORE and Country & Co Realty, these sessions are designed to share real-world experiences and help students prepare for the transition beyond university.
Key themes? Keep learning, grow your network, take opportunities, and build a strong personal brand.
An initiative we’re proud to drive, supporting education, rural communities, and the future of our industry.
