Thanks for your understanding while we closed the office for our team day out.
We spent the day in New Plymouth, taking on Escapinator NZ Escape Room challenge—attempting to escape zombies and rescue gummy bears… with varying levels of success, but plenty of laughs along the way.
From there, we moved on to a thoroughly enjoyable gin tasting experience at Juno Gin (for research purposes of course), followed by a delicious lunch and some friendly (slightly competitive) fun at the .
A fantastic day out with the team, full of good fun, great company, and a few memorable moments we won’t forget anytime soon!

Having issues logging into IRD, you are not the only one....
IRD have provided this update.
Our access remains stable and we will continue to monitor and provide updates to our clients

Our system is experiencing significant demand, which is causing issues for some customers logging into myIR.

There may be delays with two-step verification codes being sent and in some cases, codes may arrive late or expire before you can use them — we know this is frustrating and we’re working on a fix.

What you can do:

- Wait until the issue is resolved before trying to log in. We have a banner on our website which will be updated when the issue is fixed.
- Avoid multiple login attempts in a short time - this can lock you out of your myIR account
- You can also log in using RealMe, which is working as expected

We’re sorry for any inconvenience this has caused. We're working hard to resolve this as quickly as possible and appreciate your patience.

💗 Pink Shirt Day – Stand Up, Speak Up, Be Kind 💗

Today, our team proudly wear pink to stand together against bullying and to champion kindness, inclusion, and respect. Pink Shirt Day is an important reminder that even small actions — a kind word, a supportive gesture, or standing up for someone — can make a big difference.

It was especially meaningful to see so many of our children’s schools also embracing the day, with students and staff coming together in pink to share the same message: bullying has no place in our communities.

As a team, we’re committed not just today, but every day, to creating a culture where everyone feels safe, valued, and heard. Let’s continue to stand up, speak up, and choose kindness — it truly matters.
