We work with a lot of accountants and business advisers who do the numbers and business plans based on the legal advice we provide. As lawyers, we also benefit from legal privilege which accountants do not. This is highly beneficial during a dispute with Inland Revenue, or for any advice relating to a proposed business venture or structuring. We work with accountants and other advisers to ensure the best tax outcomes in a commercial environment. While we can advise in all areas of tax, we focus on international tax issues for migrants and corporations, as well as property tax and IRD disputes.
