The bright-line property test changed on 1 July 2024. Here is what you need to know.
👉 If you sell a residential property on or after 1 July 2024, the 2-year bright-line period may apply.
👉 If you sold a property before 1 July 2024, the 5 or 10 year bright-line period may apply.
