📢 WE’RE HIRING – 2 ACCOUNTANTS

We are an accounting firm providing professional services to different businesses. We’re looking for 2 Accountants to be deputed at our clients’ offices:

🏢 Position 1: Accountant – Machhapokhari, Kathmandu

(Service Providing Company)

Qualifications:
✔ Bachelor’s running (Accountancy as a major subject)
✔ Freshers are welcome!
✔ Basic knowledge of accounting, VAT & TDS is a plus
✔ Familiar with MS Excel and file management

Job Responsibilities:

Handle accounting of the entity (and related entities, if any)

Arrange and maintain files related to purchases, sales, banks, etc.

🏭 Position 2: Accountant – Gairigaun, Kapan, Kathmandu

(Production & Trading of Agro Items)

Qualifications:
✔ Bachelor’s completed or running (BBS/BBA or similar)
✔ At least 1 year of accounting experience
✔ Preferably with a 2-wheeler for easy commute
✔ Good knowledge of VAT & basic TDS

What We’re Looking For in You (Both Roles):
✔ Attention to detail and accuracy
✔ Good organizational & communication skills
✔ Willingness to learn and grow in a professional environment

सरकारले भूमि सम्बन्धी नियमावली (आठौं संशोधन) संशोधन गरेपछि घरजग्गा कारोबारको लागि इजाजतपत्र प्रदान गर्ने प्रक्रिया खुला गरेको छ।

नयाँ नियम अनुसार ५ करोड रुपैयाँभन्दा कमको कारोबार भएका कम्पनीहरूले इजाजतपत्रका लागि ५ लाख रुपैयाँ तिर्नुपर्छ भने ५ करोड रुपैयाँभन्दा बढीको कारोबार भएका कम्पनीहरूले १० लाख रुपैयाँ तिर्नुपर्छ।

नवीकरणको लागि, ५ करोड रुपैयाँसम्मको कारोबार भएका व्यवसायहरूले ४ लाख रुपैयाँ र ५ करोड रुपैयाँभन्दा माथिको कारोबार भएका व्यवसायहरूले ८ लाख रुपैयाँ तिर्नुपर्नेछ। नवीकरणको आवेदन म्याद सकिनुभन्दा कम्तिमा ३५ दिन अगाडि बुझाउनुपर्नेछ। तीन महिनासम्म ढिलाइ भएमा ५०,००० रुपैयाँ जरिवाना लाग्नेछ।

इजाजतपत्र धारकहरूले आफ्नै भूमि सेवा केन्द्रहरू सञ्चालन गर्न आवश्यक छ, वा तिनीहरूले अन्य इजाजतपत्र प्राप्त संस्थाहरूद्वारा सञ्चालित केन्द्रहरू प्रयोग गर्न सक्छन्। केन्द्र स्थापना गर्न, व्यक्तिहरूले ५०,००० रुपैयाँको बैंक ग्यारेन्टी बुझाउनु पर्छ, जबकि संस्थाहरूले २ लाख रुपैयाँ प्रदान गर्नुपर्छ।

यी केन्द्रहरूलाई जग्गा खरिद बिक्री, स्वामित्व हस्तान्तरण, धितोपत्र, लिखत प्रमाणीकरण, सम्पत्ति विभाजन, र ऋण सम्बन्धी कागजातहरू - हाल भूमि राजस्व कार्यालयहरूले सम्हाल्ने कार्यहरू ह्यान्डल गर्न अधिकृत गरिनेछ।
