In Section 95A,(a) In Clause (a) of Sub-section (2), the words "five percent" have been replaced by "seven point five percent", and in the same clause, the words "seven point five percent" have been replaced by "ten percent".(b) In Sub-section (5), the words "at the time of registration by the Land Revenue Office" have been replaced by "at the time of registration by the registering body", and in the same sub-section,- (1) In Clause (a), the words "five percent" have been replaced by "seven point five percent".

This means SCGT and LCGT has increased by 50% and 33.34%.
