Thank you to everyone who joined us for our Downsizing Masterclass at Eastlake Golf Club

It was great to see so many people taking proactive steps toward building a more secure, flexible, and financially confident future in retirement.

A special thank you to Anthony Johnston from AJ Buyers Agent for the invitation to present, and to Sheridan Melrose from Laing+Simmons and Emma O'Sullivan from Mum's PA for sharing the stage and contributing to such a meaningful discussion. Together, we explored how a strategic approach to downsizing must consider both the financial and emotional dimensions of this important transition.

Thank you as well to Eastlake Golf Club for providing a welcoming space for both members and the wider community to come together, learn, and plan for the future.

A key takeaway from the session was clear: downsizing is not simply a property decision — it is a strategic lifestyle and financial choice that can create greater long-term flexibility and stability.
