What an inspiring afternoon at the International Talent in South Holland Conference!
Last week, we joined partners, employers, policymakers, universities and service providers from across the region, all coming together with one shared mission: making South Holland a welcoming and attractive place for international talent.
During the event, a new regional collaboration was officially launched: Work in South Holland. This partnership between The Hague International Centre, Leiden International Centre, Rotterdam International Centre, together with the Economic Board and the Province of South Holland, is an important step toward better supporting internationals throughout their journey.
From discussions on skilled migration policies and student stay rates to unlocking the potential of internationals already living here, the conversations were practical, open and future-focused. We also explored how international talent drives innovation in key regional sectors and how AI is shaping the future of global mobility.
Thank you to everyone who joined, shared ideas and helped move the international talent agenda forward. We look forward to building on this momentum and continuing our joint efforts to make international talent feel at home.
