📌 *1. Financial Controller*
*What You'll Do:*
• Lead daily sales and cash reconciliation oversight.
• Prepare and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Maintain and manage complete and up-to-date accounting records.
• Handle Accounts Payable and Receivable processes with precision.
• Reconcile bank accounts monthly and manage the Non-Current Asset Register.
• Prepare and file VAT, PAYE, and Annual Tax Returns.
• Drive budgeting, cost control initiatives, and cash flow forecasting.
• Manage the company's payroll system efficiently.
• Support management with special financial projects and duties as required.
📌 *2. Internal Auditor / Compliance Officer*
*What You'll Do:*
• Monitor and enforce compliance with company policies, procedures, legislation, and regulations.
• Perform internal audit reviews to ensure operational, financial, and compliance objectives are met.
• Identify control weaknesses and recommend improvements to mitigate risk and enhance value.
• Challenge existing processes and champion operational excellence.
• Track and drive remediation of audit findings through continuous follow-up.
• Regularly review and update company policies in line with best practices and legal requirements.
• Oversee inventory management and stock control to prevent losses.
• Take on additional responsibilities assigned by management as needed.
🎯 *What We’re Looking For:*
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
• A Chartered Accountant certification (ICAN, ACCA, or equivalent), or a professional-level student actively pursuing certification.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in accounting software and MS Office tools.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
• A proactive, innovative attitude with flexibility to work beyond regular hours when required.
• Experience in fast food and/or retail/merchandise accounting is highly desirable.
