The Nigerian unemployment situation cannot be over emphasized, and our way of reversing this trend is to teach the future how to become employers of labour, rather than employees in the limited paid employment jobs. This has become the premise on which RegCharles Foundation is built. To serve the underserved communities of youth and women in Nigeria. Everyday, big dreams in young Nigerians die, and they join the never ending rat race, in search of paid employment. Everyday, the obvious marginalization of the Nigerian woman prevents her from reaching her full potential and to fulfill her dreams.
