Lots of people do ask me what are the factors to consider before buying a land or property, in this post I will be sharing Three(3) major factors to consider before buying are:
1. Location: this is the number thing that determines the future of that land or property, you can't compare a property in the city to the one in the village, similarly you can't compare a property in a G.R.A to the one in a by-pass, a property in a commercial hub is highly in demand and this also influence the demand and price.
2. Landmark: this is so important as it determines how fast the area will be develop, like a property close to a university or close to like Dangote refinery will develop faster that just anyone that is closed to nowhere, that is why people always state the landmarks around the estate or property their sell.
3. Land titles or documents: these are the forms of security you have when buying a property, what documents comes with it, is it CofO, deeds of assignments, Governor's consents, etc
