‎💥 IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE💥

‎As you are preparing for camp, take note of the following guidelines
‎
‎🛡️ 2025 CAMP – SAFETY & SECURITY GUIDELINES
‎
‎All members are to strictly observe the following directives:
‎
‎✍️AVOID NIGHT JOURNEY
‎Start the journey as early as possible. All units must be there before 8pm
‎
‎ ✍️MOVE ONLY IN GROUPS
‎No member is to travel alone. Go/come in uniform under the supervision of your Unit Commander.
‎
‎✍️OBEY CAMP COMMAND CHAIN
‎Follow all instructions from Camp Officials, and Disciplinary Officers immediately without complain. Disobedience will not be tolerated.
‎
‎✍️NO NIGHT WANDERING
‎After lights-out, remain in your assigned quarters/halls. Unauthorized movement is strictly prohibited.❌❌
‎
‎✍️SECURE YOUR PERSONAL ITEMS
‎All personal belongings must be kept safe and under supervision. Do not leave bags, wallets, or identification unattended.
‎
‎✍️STAY WITHIN CAMP BOUNDARIES
‎Movement outside the camp area is strictly forbidden.
‎ ✅Except when CRUCIAL
‎
‎✍️MAINTAIN PHYSICAL READINESS
‎Participate actively in all drills and activities. Stay hydrated and report health issues to the Medical Team immediately.
‎
‎✍️MAINTAIN DISCIPLINE AT ALL TIMES
‎ Avoid arguments, fighting, smoking , hard drugs, or conduct that may endanger yourself or others.
‎ 🎯Penalty - IMMEDIATE DECAMP
‎
‎✍️NO UNNECESSARY MIXING OF BOTH GENDER
‎Casual mixing, idle conversation, or unnecessary closeness of male and female is not permitted.
‎
‎✍️NO SECLUDED OR PRIVATE INTERACTION
‎Male members must not stay in any secluded or isolated area with a female member.
‎All interactions must be visible and in open spaces.
‎
‎✍️RESPECT ZONES & ACCOMMODATION AREAS
‎Avoid restricted areas
‎Crossing into the ladies' zone is strictly prohibited.
‎
✍️MANDATORY ATTENDANCE FOR ALL PRAYERS
All five daily prayers must be observed in congregation unless excused by the Medical Team.
No member is permitted to wander, sit aside, or remain in hostels during prayer time.

‎✍️LECTURES ARE COMPULSORY FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS
Every organised lecture, reminder, or teaching session must be attended by all members.
Absences must be officially justified.
‎
✍️BRING REQUIRED MATERIALS
Members must come with:

‎2 DAYS TO CAMP. TAKE NOTE OF THE FOLLOWING DRESSING CODES
‎
‎MEN
✅‎The normal training wears for training
✅‎Must put on boot/canvas before coming to field
❌‎No slippers on training ground
❌‎No jeans on training ground
❌‎No native/casual wear on training ground
❌Dreadlock is not allowed in the camp
‎
‎WOMEN
✅‎The ladies' shirt must at least reach their knees (for training)
✅‎Hijab must be worn at all times during activities.
❌‎HeadScarf is not allowed
❌‎No tight clothing.
❌‎No transparent materials.
❌‎No makeup
❌‎Short knickers are strongly prohibited for ladies

FOR FALLOUT/JOGGING
📌Men are to be on white top and black trouser
📌Ladies to be on black trousers and white hijab
‎
‎
‎Any member who violates dress code regulations will be addressed by the Camp Dressing Code Commitee (DCC) and may be restricted from participating in certain activities.

1. Arrival/registration 1400hrs on 26th (Friday)
