From 1 Aug 2024, Gleneagles Medini & ALTY Orthopaedic will be removed from our cashless facility for individual Medical policies.

这意味着这两家医院将不再提供cashless 住院/复诊服务。若您打算或已安排在这两家医院就医，您仍可以根据您的保障条款，选择事后报销方式来获得补偿.

AIA的顾客，别慌！！
全新山；目前除了柔佛鹰阁和玛丽亚医院…
其它都还是AIA PANEL..
可以选择的还有KPJ Puteri, KPJ Johor, REGENCY, COLUMBIA tebrau, Columbia Iskandar, KEMPAS.

目前被移除在JOHOR的只有Gleneagles Medini

再来；其它的Gleneagles没有受影响…

教育时段:
买了医药卡; 你当然有选择权住进私人医院, 拥有更好的休养环境…
但不代表就该被征收更高的费用…
导致保费不断上涨的其中一个原因之一就是医药费被征收不合理的高价钱/索赔率太高，

最终需要承担昂贵保费的就会是我们这些消费者…

Please note that AIA Malaysia does not and will never ask our customers to provide or update their banking details over the phone. Please ignore such calls and contact AIA Malaysia official channels directly if you have any questions.
