🚨 The Kuala Lumpur Sessions Court has sentenced Mohd Azhidi bin Laili to 20 years’ imprisonment and a RM9 million fine for unlicensed activities and derivatives fraud, involving a fake futures crude palm oil (FCPO) investment scheme that defrauded nine victims of RM1.45 million.

🚨 🚨Amaran Penipuan Pelaburan Palsu dengan Penggunaan Tidak Sah Nama REDVEST🚨🚨

REDVEST dimaklumkan mengenai penyalahgunaan yang terus tersebar menggunakan nama dan logo syarikat.

Penyalahgunaan nama dan logo ini juga dilakukan menerusi akaun palsu pada aplikasi “pemesejan” (instant messaging) dengan kandungan yang tidak benar.

Nama dan logo yang dimanipulasi tersebut tersebar di internet terutamanya di platform media sosial dan aplikasi pemesejan dengan menyampaikan mesej memanipulasi orang ramai untuk menyertai skim pelaburan palsu.

REDVEST menasihatkan orang ramai supaya sentiasa berwaspada dan dapatkan maklumat sahih di saluran komunikasi rasmi REDVEST.

Pengurusan REDVESTS ingin menjelaskan dan menekankan bahawa tidak ada platform pelaburan sebegini dari REDVEST. Kami ingin menyeru kepada semua orang untuk tidak memberi respons kepada skim pelaburan palsu ini.

Dear Valued Customers,

Redvest Wealth & Management Sdn Bhd (“REDVEST”) has been made aware of multiple occasions of unauthorised and fraudulent use of our company name and logo. Such manipulated images and untrue messages are being circulated on the internet particularly on social media platforms and social messaging channels with the intent of manipulating the public to participate in scams and non-existent investment schemes. These scams often promise high returns in a short time and may ask for deposits into certain bank accounts.

Please be reminded that these offers are not from REDVEST. They are designed to mislead and take advantage of the public. We are deeply concerned about this and are working with the authorities to address the issues.

REDVEST wishes to urge the public to be on high alert and heighten scrutiny, and rely only on REDVEST' official communication channels for information.
