Thank you Joshua Kuan for sharing your experiences in applying grant of probate, common issues that may arise in the process of distribution for people that passed away with a Will.

From this session, we learned about writing a proper Will can avoid ex*****on problems, family disputes and distraction problems. Areas that we needed to take note of when writing a Will, example who to appoint to be our executor of the Will? Better be have someone that know the process , trust worthy and residing in Malaysia to be an executor. What to do when liabilities are more than assets? And more…
