2) FACILITIES placed under SAA is due to payment issues or self requested lower monthly repayment.

3)In order to relief yourself from SAA you will need to settle that facility in FULL Amount and obtain the release letter.

4)ONCE you have any facility that's been placed under SAA, you will no longer be able to obtain any loan approvals from banks. Example, Housing Loan, House refinancing, Hire purchase, Personal Loan, Credit Card etc.

Ever wondered what is "DSR"?

It is a percentage that the banks will judge to see whether you are entitled for loans approval and how much the amount can be approved.

You may do a quick calculation yourself to see how much percentage you are at.

Often once your DSR exceed a certain percentage the banks will automatically fail you under "DSR Burst".

Once your DSR Limit has exceeded, your loans will not be able to pass through. Especially for unsecured loans like personal loans and credit cards etc.
