根据首相拿督斯里安华今日（1月5日）的最新宣布，针对原定于今年1月1日实施的第4阶段电子发票（e-Invoice），政府做出了重要调整。

我们在此为您厘清最新情况：
✅ 重点：是“宽限期 (Relaxation)”不是“展延 (Postponement)”！

虽然实施日期技术上维持在 2026年1月1日，但政府决定给予长达一年（直到2026年12月31日）的宽限期。

🔴 【FORTUNE GROUP UPDATE】e-Invoice Phase 4: 1-Year "Relaxation Period" Announced!

Attention to all business owners with annual revenue between RM1 million and RM5 million.

Following the latest announcement by Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim today (Jan 5th), here is the critical update regarding the Phase 4 e-Invoice implementation:

✅ CLARIFICATION: It is a "Relaxation Period", NOT a Postponement.
While the implementation officially starts from Jan 1, 2026, the government has granted a full 1-year relaxation period (until Dec 31, 2026) to ease the burden on businesses.

💡 What this means for you:
During this period, LHDN is adopting a "soft landing" approach. Businesses will have the flexibility to adjust their systems without facing immediate penalties for non-compliance (e.g., continuing to use consolidated invoices is allowed).

👉 Fortune Group's Advice:

您知道吗？在马来西亚，每一份员工的 聘用合约 / Offer Letter 其实都需要缴付印花税 (Stamp Duty) 才是合法的！✍️📄

很多公司都忽略了这一点，但 LHDN (内陆税收局) 已经开始严厉执行了！

2025年您必须知道的重点：
💰 费用： 每一份合约只需 RM10 (统一价格)。
⚖️ 风险： 如果发生劳资纠纷上法庭，没有盖章的合约是无法作为呈堂证供的。到时候才补盖章，会被罚款高达 20%！

🗓️ 关键截止日期：2025年12月31日

Did you know that every Employment Contract / Offer Letter in Malaysia is legally required to be stamped? ✍️📄

Many employers overlook this, but LHDN has started stricter enforcement for 2025/2026!

Here is the "Must-Know" for 2025:
💰 The Cost: It is a flat rate of RM10 per contract.
⚖️ The Risk: If an employee disputes you in court, an unstamped contract is NOT valid evidence. You will have to pay a huge penalty (up to RM100 or 20%) to validate it later.

🗓️ CRITICAL DEADLINE: 31 DEC 2025

🆕 Budget 2026 Update (Proposed): From Jan 2026, the government has proposed that contracts for salaries below RM3,000 might be exempted! (Stay tuned for the official gazette).
