（莎阿南25日讯）雪州政府强调亲民政策，凡99年届满地契，地主获允许提早10至15年申请更新，以保障产业的价值。在国阵执政时期，若地主有意延长地契者，需要在届满的一、两年前，才可提出申请。雪州大臣拿督斯里阿兹敏阿里回答国阵龙溪区州议员沙伦的口头提问时说，一旦地契届满后，根据土地法令第46（1）（a）条文，有关地段将自动归为州政府所拥有，因此无需采取任何程序取回拥有权。“地段产业用有人可以在第197条文下，申请延长地契使用权。”他回应沙伦的附加提问时也说，州政府采取亲民政策是为了保障产业的发展价值，所以允许地主提早10至15年提出申请。 “我们在每周州行政议会，都会讨论及处理业者所提出的申请，因
