Established in 1977, Morison Anuarul Azizan Chew (Morison AAC) is a Chartered Accountancy and Business Advisory practice based in Kuala Lumpur and an independent member of Morison International, an international association of independent firms of professional accountants and business advisors. The foundation of Morison AAC was built in 1977 by our founder Dato' Anuarul Aini bin Mohd Perai, where

the firm was known as Anuarul & Co. In 1978, Dato' Anuarul admitted Azizan bin Mohd Noor as a partner to strengthen the firm together and they established a partnership under the name of Anuarul Azizan & Co. Ultimately, both partners have taken another step forward to increase its value with the admission of their third professional partner Patrick Chew in 1988 and subsequently, Anuarul Azizan Chew & Co. Being in the industry for almost 40 years, the firm has progressively developed over the years into one of the major firms in the country with its strong commitment in providing high quality service to its clients. At present, our founding partner Dato' Anuarul acts as the advisor of Morison AAC and our Senior Partner Patrick Chew overseas the entire organization. All the partners of Morison AAC hold voluminous provincial and international experiences in professional practice. They are active members of numerous accountancy and taxation bodies in Malaysia and overseas, and possess distinctive licenses under Malaysian Companies Act 1965. They are also experts in various fields and their range of practice and involvement in local province and foreign countries are with clients of various sizes and businesses which include auditing, management and tax consultancy, financial planning and restructuring, receivership and insolvency, IT consultancy and other ancillary professional areas and practices.
