Position: Junior Account Associate (Additional Headcount)
Location: Sunway Velocity Designer Office
Working hours: 9am - 6pm (Mon-Fri)
Job Requirements:
- LCCI / Diploma in Accounting or related qualifications;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office;
- Able to work independently;
- Proficient in English and Malay;
- Candidates with relevant working experience and experience in Autocount/SQL accounting software are added advantages.
- Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
• Maintaining and reconciling client accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date financial records;
• Preparing and processing invoices, payments, and other financial transactions;
• Assisting with the preparation of financial statements and reports;
• Providing excellent customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and addressing their needs;
• Collaborating with the wider team to identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains;
• Undertake any other ad-hoc accounting assignment & other accounting related task (e.g. daily stock count, cash count);
• Ensure proper maintenance of documentation and filing to support all accounting entries.
