👉 Then this is IMPORTANT for you.

Business owners are required to:
✔️ Prepare and provide Form CP58
✔️ For monetary & non-monetary incentive payments
✔️ To each Agent, Dealer, or Distributor

📅 Deadline: 31 March (following year)

💡 In simple terms:
If you give incentives → You MUST issue CP58

Declared in Part F of Form EA

Employers and employees should take note of the following tax-exempt allowances and benefits, subject to prescribed limits:

1️⃣ Petrol / Travelling / Toll Allowance – Exempt up to RM6,000
2️⃣ Care Allowance (Child, Parents, Adoptive Parents, or Grandparents) – Exempt up to RM3,000
3️⃣ Gift of Phone / Mobile Device – Limited to 1 unit per category
4️⃣ Telephone / Mobile / Broadband Bills – Limited to 1 line per category
5️⃣ Smartphone / Tablet / PC – Exempt up to RM5,000
6️⃣ Awards – Exempt up to RM2,000
7️⃣ Parking Fees / Parking Allowance – Based on actual amount incurred
8️⃣ Meal Allowance – Same rate for all employees
9️⃣ Subsidised Interest on Loans – Residential / Education / Motor Vehicle

✅ Proper declaration by employers
