My client called yesterday and mention : My side mirror was broken after I parked my car by road side and picked up something.

Does my side mirror covered?

ANSWER is YES, under windscreen protection and extend to side mirror and side triangle screen (this is the expensive)

You can send to panel workshops for replacement with documents ready such as Car Registration Card copy, Valid Motor policy & Owner IC copy (if you are authorize or second driver) up to the amount you wish to protect, of course you have to pay if there is exceed amount

Example, Replacement windscreen RM 1000,
you bought RM800 Windscreen Protection,
then you need to pay for RM 200 for the balance.

Can I send to some where nearby my house instead of the panel?

ANSWER is YES, BUT you need make an police report and prepare the necessary documents like Car Registration Card copy, Valid Motor policy & Owner IC copy (if you are authorize or second driver)
