🤰 已经有 5 个 surviving natural children，第 6 次 confinement 就没有 98 天 Maternity Leave？

答案：不是。

很多 HR 会把 **Maternity Leave** 和 **Maternity Allowance** 混在一起。

📌 **Section 37(1)(c)** 的 “5 or more surviving children” statutory exclusion，影响的是：

💰 Maternity Allowance

不是：

❌ 自动取消 **98 天 Maternity Leave

所以，第 6 次 confinement 不代表 automatically 没有 98 天 maternity leave。

✅ 重点记住：

Maternity Leave ≠ Maternity Allowance

🚨BREAKING UPDATE：Malaysia e-Invoice Threshold Raised to RM3 Million！

政府最新宣布，Malaysia e-Invoice exemption threshold 将从 RM1 million 提高至 RM3 million annual sales / turnover。

📌 RM1 Million → RM3 Million

根据 Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim 于 30 August 2026 的宣布，annual sales / turnover 不超过 RM3 million 的 businesses 将获得 e-Invoice implementation exemption。

这项调整将进一步减轻 SMEs 的 compliance burden。

⚠️ Important 注意：
截至 30 August 2026，这是政府最新宣布的政策调整。有关具体实施细节、effective date 及相关条件，仍需等待 HASiL / LHDN 更新官方 guideline / FAQ。

企业在判断自己是否符合 exemption 时，应以 HASiL 最新正式指南为准。

🤰【HR Q&A｜入职1个月后生产，没有做满90天，就没有98天产假吗？】

很多HR看到员工还没有做满90天，就会直接判断：

❌ 没有 maternity leave
❌ 没有 maternity allowance

其实，这两个要分开看。

📌 第一：Maternity Leave 产假

Employment Act 1955 Section 37 规定，符合该部分规定的女性员工享有法定 maternity leave，而目前的 eligible period 是 **不少于98个连续日**。

重点是：

👉 **不要因为员工没有做满90天，就直接判断她没有98天 maternity leave。**

📌 **第二：Maternity Allowance 产假津贴**

这里才需要看服务期限条件。

员工要向该雇主取得 maternity allowance，其中包括：

✅ 在生产前9个月内，累计受雇不少于90天
✅ 并且在生产前4个月内，曾受雇于该雇主

所以，如果员工：

👩 1 June 入职
👶 1 July 生产

她只服务大约1个月。

这时候HR不要直接说：

❌ “你没有做满90天，所以你没有98天产假。”

正确的处理方式应该是：

✅ 先确认 **maternity leave entitlement**
✅ 再另外判断 **maternity allowance entitlement**

💡 记住一句：

Leave entitlement 和 Allowance entitlement 是两回事

很多Employment Act的问题，不是法令没有写，而是我们把不同的 entitlement 混在一起判断了。

📌 2 key changes to note:

✅ Amount Fields
Maximum **26 digits**

✅ID Type: PASSPORT
Maximum **12 characters**

📅 Effective in Production: 23 October 2026

如果你是用 Accounting System / ERP / API 提交 e-Invoice，记得提前检查 field length & system mapping with software provider，避免 submission 被 reject。

🚨 **E-INVOICE IMPORTANT UPDATE｜10项 Field Validation Rules 已加强！**

从 15 August 2026 起，LHDN / MyInvois Production Environment 已正式执行这批 Enhanced Field Validation Rules。

这次不是新增 10 个 e-Invoice fields，
而是 👉 现有字段的格式、字数限制和 code validation 更严格了。

如果你的 Accounting / ERP / API / Batch Upload 还是沿用旧 setup，就要特别检查。⚠️

💡 为什么企业要注意？

因为 e-Invoice compliance 已经不只是：

有没有 submit？
有没有拿到 validated e-Invoice？

如果资料不符合 validation requirements，submission 可能无法成功处理。

所以 Accounts、Finance、Admin、IT，以及负责 e-Invoice setup 的人员，都应该一起 review。

📁 每天花时间整理 File & Folder，其实也可以自动化

Admin 日常经常要处理很多不同文件：

• PDF
• Excel
• Word
• Images
• Reports
• Invoices

如果全部靠人工去分类、改名、搬去不同 Folder，不只花时间，也很容易放错位置。

通过 **AI 协助建立 Python EXE 小程序**，可以把这些重复工作自动完成：

📊 MyInvois Portal e-Invoice Excel 跟 Accounting System Excel 对不上，还在一笔一笔人工检查吗？

很多 Account 人员在做 reconciliation 时，需要同时对比：

• MyInvois Portal 下载的 e-Invoice Excel
• Accounting System 导出的 Excel

然后逐笔检查：

✅ Invoice No. 是否一致
✅ Amount 是否一致
✅ 哪些是 Matched
✅ 哪些是 Missing
✅ 哪些有 Amount Difference

如果交易量多，人工 checking 不只慢，也很容易漏掉异常。

这类工作可以用 **AI 协助建立 Python EXE 小程序**。

只需要选择两份 Excel，再点击 Run，小程序就可以自动：

✅ Match Invoice No. + Amount
✅ 找出 Missing Transaction
✅ 标记 Amount Difference
✅ 自动生成 Reconciliation Report

重点不是让 AI 代替 Account。

而是让工具先完成重复比对，把异常项目交给 Account 人员复核和判断。
