Employers, have you registered your workplace with JTKSM? āš ļø

Under Section 63A of the Employment Act 1955, employers are required to register and submit information about their workplace to the Department of Labour Peninsular Malaysia (JTKSM).

Registration must be made within 90 days when an employer:

šŸ¢ Starts a new business or operation
šŸ¤ Takes over an existing business
šŸ“ Changes the business name or workplace location

Failure to provide the required information ā€” or providing false information ā€” may constitute an offence and, upon conviction, could result in a fine of up to RM50,000.
