Why is it so difficult for me to get a personal loan of RM80,000, while it is easier to get loans for cars and houses with higher amounts❓ And why is the interest rate for personal loans so much higher than for houses and cars ❓❓

That's because one is a Secured Loan with collateral, while the other is an Unsecured Loan without collateral.

A secured loan is a type of loan that is backed by collateral, such as a house 🏡 , car 🚗 , or other valuable asset. The collateral acts as a form of security for the lender, who can take possession of the collateral if the borrower fails to repay the loan.

Because the lender has the security of the collateral, secured loans generally have lower interest rates and longer repayment terms than unsecured loans.

In contrast, an unsecured loan is a loan that is not backed by any collateral. Eg: credit cards💳 , personal loans 💵, business loans💰 , etc. They are usually granted based on the borrower's creditworthiness, income, and other factors that indicate their ability to repay the loan.

Because the lender has no security for the loan, unsecured loans generally have higher interest rates and shorter repayment terms than secured loans.

If you are unable to borrow a personal loan from a bank or cannot get the amount you want, don't worry ❗️

Bank debt consolidation is not the same as❌ AKPK ❌
Many people mistakenly believe that AKPK and bank debt consolidation are the same ❗️
But actually, they are not the same ❗️❗️❗️

AKPK is a government agency, while debt consolidation is a service provided by banks, so they are different ❗️
If you enter AKPK, you will be blacklisted by the banks, and you will not be able to borrow any loans from them until you have fully repaid your debts ⛔️. You won't even be able to apply for credit cards❌💳 However, if you apply for bank debt consolidation, you won't have this problem. You can choose to apply for bank loans or credit cards whenever you want ✅✅

Furthermore, the interest rate offered by AKPK is not necessarily cheaper than banks. AKPK charges an interest rate of 6% - 9%, with a repayment period of 9️⃣ years. On the other hand, banks charge an interest rate of 2.5% - 11%, with a repayment period of 5️⃣ -
🔟 years.

Therefore, if you have any financial problems, seek advice from professional and experienced consultants to solve them.
