Ni I 5 tahun lepas

And I rasaaa TAKUT! 😨
I dah la sorg2 🙍🏻‍♀️
Takde husband utk help I masa tua nnt 👩🏻

😱 Macam mana nak capai RM 1 juta ni??!
Dalam fikiran I: Mampu ke I nak retire??
Apatah lagi life penuh travel like my parents 😭

Tahun 2020

Yeap
I beli my 1st property investment thn 2020

Tapi...

The journey nak beli yang pertama berlaku dari tahun 2015

✅ Belajar ttg ilmu property
✅ Grow my savings
✅ Invest to have capital

I berani beli:
🔥Bila kewangan I dah stable
🔥Dah ada cukup simpanan
🔥Property was great

Risau jgk as lepas we all letak deposit
Next day MCO 1 Malaysia...
Then 1 dunia also shut down 😰

Tapi Alhamdulillah...

💖 It was 1 of the best decisions we made

Apartment nya nice
Facilities pun mcm2
Location next to LRT

Bukan nak menunjuk
It's to share, utk capai sesuatu
Perlukan masa, ilmu dan connection yang btl

Kena sabar sikit lagi... 😊
