MAKLUMAN: PENGECUALIAN PENALTI LEWAT SERAH SIMPAN SEMASA TEMPOH WAKTU PUNCAK SISTEM MBRS 2.0

SSM akan memberikan pengecualian penalti lewat serah simpan Penyata Tahunan dan Penyata Kewangan dan Laporan (berdasarkan peruntukan Practice Directive 1/2017) dari 31 Januari 2026 sehingga 31 Mac 2026 kepada syarikat-syarikat yang terkesan untuk tempoh yang terlibat.

Pengecualian fi lewat serah simpan ini adalah bagi tempoh kelewatan melebihi tujuh hari hingga tiga bulan dari tarikh serah simpan kedua-dua dokumen tersebut.

Accounts Assistant

JOB SCOPE:
- Data entry and assisting seniors in preparing full sets of management accounts for clients.
- Ensure proper maintenance of records, documents, vouchers and filing to support all accounting entries.
- To liaise with client pertaining to audit and accounting matters.
- To provide accurate and timely financial information for client use and decision making.
- Ensure statutory submission are submitted before due date.
- Any ad-hoc tasks as required by management from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Preferably with at least 1 year working experience in the related field.
- Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Knowledge in MS Office and Auto Count or any other accounting software is an added advantage.
- Able to meet tight deadlines and work independently.
- Motivated and willing to learn.

Phase 4 e-Invoice Implementation (LHDN Media Statements – Jan 5, 2026)

📅 Transition Period Extension
- Phase 4 implementation begins 1 January 2026.
- Transition period extended from 6 months to 12 months: now 1 Jan – 31 Dec 2026.
- No penalties will be imposed during this period if taxpayers follow the outlined guidelines.

🧾 E-Invoice Flexibility During Transition
- Taxpayers may issue consolidated e-Invoices for all activities and transactions.
- Consolidated e-Invoices are allowed even if buyers request individual e-Invoices.
- Taxpayers may issue consolidated self-billed e-Invoices for all self-billing scenarios.
- Flexible descriptions are allowed in the “Product or Service Description” field.

🏗️ Construction Materials Sector – Special Relaxation
- Businesses in wholesale and retail of construction materials may issue consolidated e-Invoices starting 1 January 2026.
- E-Invoice issuance is only required if:
- The transaction exceeds RM10,000, or
- The buyer requests an e-Invoice.

🎯 Objective
- To give Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) sufficient time to prepare.
- To reduce burden on construction material traders by avoiding mandatory e-Invoicing for every transaction.
