📢📢 LHDN雇佣合同盖章最后提醒‼️Employment Contract Stamp Duty

🔥🔥旧合约Stamping豁免至31/12/2025 🔥🔥

📅 政策更新｜2025年6月6日马来西亚税务局（LHDNM）公告：
所有雇佣合同（全职、兼职、固定/短期）必须依据《印花税法令1949》盖章 ✍️

✅ 懒人包
旧合同（31/12/2024前签署）：2025年12月31日前盖章，免印花税 & 免罚款 🎉
2025新合同：逾期可免罚款，但需缴 RM10/合同印花税 💰
2026起政策：仅月薪 > RM3,000 合约需缴印花税

⚠️ 逾期罚款
超过30天但少于3个月：RM50 或欠税额10%（取较高者）
超过3个月：RM100 或欠税额20%（取较高者）

💻 缴税方式：可通过 LHDN STAMPS 电子印花系统线上完成
